I dont think JK still owns this truck wash but i had the misfortune to park and walked towards two young people inside their pick up truck. I asked if they worked here they said yes, i told them if i can get my truck and trailer washed and as soon as he started talking thats when i knew it probably wasn't a good idea the get anything done. Incredible how customer service lacks especially on struggling business like this one This is based on the appearance of the location and the small interaction with an employee Shame……..i move on

Five stars for the services, deduct one for access. I understand that is beyond their control, but I want to be accurate. That said, I come here for washouts. I deliver fresh pork nearby and reload with candy, thus need food grade. They do a good job and get me in and out quickly. Dealing with people who do not hate their job is a bonus.

Poorly marked obstacle coarse filled with potholes just to enter the wash bay. Wash bay entrance had a pile of pallet debris wich no doubt has nails in them. I needed a reefer washout. They refused to use heat or soap to clean the blood out. 1 minute rinse is what yuh got. The bay floor is covered in mud that stinks and gets all over your shoes and you get to track it back into your truck. The employees have gangster music blasted to them max on a large speaker box and they are really cocky. Cost with tax $49. Total rip off. After my reefer floor dried I could see dried up blood and the employees boot marks from the mud they have to walk in to climb into trailer. They forgot the letters “o” and “e” in “JK truck wash

Very disappointed with this truck wash. I paid 108.24$ for a full wash, but they barely cleaned the truck. The fuel tank was still dirty, the wheels were not cleaned properly, and there was dirt left all over the truck. It honestly looks like they rushed the job and didn’t care about quality. Waste of money and time. I would not recommend this place to any truck driver.

Avoid this place!!!!!!!!! It is ran out of what looks like an old truckstop. Parking lot potholes are bigger and deeper than your truck you will for sure bottom them out or rip your mudflaps that’s to start. I originally went for a trailer wash out as I was hauling trees. I had some debris and some dirt in my trailer. They told me it would be 10- 20 minutes extra on top of the wash at four dollars a minute, so I opted to just pull out and blow the trailer out and clean it all up I spent a good 30 minutes doing that pulled back around. Some young kid said it was his place told me he was still gonna charge me for the extra 10 to 20 Minutes I said what was the point of cleaning it out I told him I could spray it out with a pressure washer at home in 10 minutes. He told me I had an attitude and he didn’t want to clean my trailer anymore Which is fine, But he had an attitude against me. I even tried to talk to the guy afterwards. He just didn’t care. It was rude disrespectful I don’t see them last long. The parking lot alone will turn many away unfortunately they make it so you’re committed once you pull into the parking lot you don’t have a choice to turn around. You’re gonna have to t
